What is the electric hot melt connection method of Large diameter krah pipes machine line ?

The connection methods of winding pipe (carat pipe) include throttling connection (i.e. rubber ring connection) and electric hot melt connection.

Carat tube electric hot melt connection: One end of the tube is a socket with an electric fuse embedded in it, and the other end is a flat wall socket.

During construction, you only need to put the socket into the socket, and the electric fuse will melt into one when the electricity is turned on.

1)Preparation tools:

Sling, marker, brush, towel, steel belt (304 stainless steel), tensioner, booster rod, prototype hoist, carat pipe welding machine

2)Check whether the socket of the pipe is damaged and whether the heating wire is intact; clean the debris on the surface of the electric fusion socket to ensure that the connection surface is clean and dry and the pipes are connected.

3)Install the prototype hoist

Welding: Use a special electrothermal welding machine for karat pipes to select appropriate electrofusion parameters and weld and tighten in stages until the sockets are completely matched.

5)Install the tensioner, secure it with steel buckles, and tighten it with clamps

6)Cooling: After the welding is completed, cut off the power supply and allow natural cooling. No water cooling is allowed. The cooling time is more than 20 minutes in summer and more than 15 minutes in winter.

7)Turn off the power and cool down. After cooling is completed, remove the steel buckle and check the welding condition.
